Finance Administrator

This role is currently part of DB SCHENKER, which is in the process of integrating with DSV.

Responsibilities

Join Our Team as a Finance Administrator!

We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you'll ensure accurate processing of account transactions and profit / loss reporting, helping to close files efficiently and support smooth financial operations.

Working Hours

: Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 to 16 : 30

What Will You Be Doing?

Reconciling invoices, accounts, and system data.

Supporting accurate billing and profit / loss reporting.

Collaborating with operations to resolve queries and refunds.

Completing month-end reconciliations and adjustments.

Using Excel and SAP to maintain accurate financial records.

Strong Excel skills (queries an advantage).

Experience in accounts administration (freight forwarding a plus).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently.

An accounting qualification would be a bonus.
