Key Responsibilities
Chase staff for travel and expense receipts
Post bank and credit card transactions in Zoho Books
Process supplier invoices and upload / check statements
Import and reconcile Pleo statements in Zoho Books
Organise and match receipts to the correct credit card / account
Support the finance team with general administration tasks as required
Requirements
ATI student or 1-3 years' experience in an accounting administration role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Well organised and comfortable working across multiple tabs / windows
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members across the company
Ability to manage and sort large volumes of receipts, emails, and transactions
