Head of FP&A

My client within the FMCG Sector have a requirement for a senior Commercial Finance Manager with strong FP&A, Commercial finance and Business Partnering experience. Please only apply if you are coming from Retail, FMCG or a similar sector This role is office based 4 days a week and is based in D2 Leading Brand Strong career progression About Your New Job participate in commercial discussions across all aspects of the business from a finance perspective Support evaluation, modelling, return calculation and decision making on all CAPEX and marketing / digital investment Support pricing, markdown and sell though management on goods for re-sale to maximise gross margins Support the negotiation, monitoring and ultimate collection of trade and commercial terms with Manage the finance team to ensure it is appropriately structured, resourced, motivated, organised and developed to ensure reporting is timely Focus the finance team on value add and business partnering to support other brand teams Manage treasury and cashflow Lead the annual Budget cycle Build and maintain strong systems of internal financial controls and compliance Develop, and maintain dashboards, and performance metrics / KPIs Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources and develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting. Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyse customer data Establish best reporting system for website and e-commerce analytics. Setting and monitoring KPIs, What skills you need Qualified chartered or ACCA accountant with minimum 7 years PQE. Must be coming from retail or FMCG sector Exposure working with multiple sites within group companys Experience in designing, building, and using dashboards and KPIs to analyse business performance, highlight areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
