Role Overview : We are currently looking for an experienced and motivatedSenior Bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for premium service, strong drinks knowledge, and the leadership skills to support bar operations in one of Dublins busiest venues. Key Responsibilities : Bar Leadership : Support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Customer Service : Deliver a warm, engaging, and efficient experience to all guests, building rapport with regulars and new customers alike. Drinks Expertise : Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including pints, cocktails, whiskeys, and wines, with confidence and care. Team Support : Train and mentor junior bar staff, helping to foster a strong, positive team environment. Stock & Presentation : Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and bar display. Assist with stock control and ordering as required. Compliance : Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adherence to all licensing and health & safety regulations. Qualifications : Minimum23 years experience in a busy bar or pub environment, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktails, and Irish whiskey. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and manage busy periods confidently. Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about great customer service. Must have previous experience working in Ireland. Fluent English. References required.
