Finishing Foreman

ProSource are seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of their client who are a renowned Main Building Contractor. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman to join their team. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Supervise and coordinate all finishing aspects of the project, including interior and exterior finishing. Ensure that finishing work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Efficiently manage subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople involved in finishing work. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and promptly address defects or deficiencies. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Maintain precise records of project progress, material usage, and daily activities. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry, with a strong background in residential projects. In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to delivering impeccable results. Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and a steadfast dedication to safety practice.
