Duty Manager | Supermarket | North County Dublin We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the management team of a large supermarket in North County Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a retail professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fresh food standards.

Salary : €35,000 per annum The Role : Full-time position, averaging 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.

Main Duties : Work as part of the store's management team Oversee daily store operations when on duty Supervise and lead up to 40 staff per shift (total store team of 90-100) Stock ordering and control Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures Carry out keyholder responsibilities Maintain product displays to the highest standard Ensure store readiness each day to company standards Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Staff training and development Maintain high security awareness in-store Requirements : Minimum 2 years' management experience in a busy supermarket (essential) HACCP training Strong knowledge of the retail grocery industry and trends Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills Proven experience in staff training and development High level of security awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, and weekends Fluent in English (written and spoken) Benefits : Free parking Group Health Insurance (reduced rates) Pension Scheme Excellent training and career development opportunities Staff Reward & Recognition initiatives Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Skills : Retail Management Staff Leadership Stock Control HACCP Compliance Customer Service Organisation Security Awareness
