This full-time role is ideal for an organised and motivated individual with previous procurement experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. As a Junior Buyer, you will support the procurement process from requisition through to order and delivery, ensuring all materials are sourced accurately, within budget and in line with project timelines. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to help maintain seamless procurement operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities Review and process requisitions for materials and services across various projects. Create and issue accurate purchase orders in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Monitor the receipt of goods and record Goods Received Notes (GRNs). Enter GRNs into the COINS procurement system for accurate tracking. Collaborate with the Procurement Department and site staff to resolve any discrepancies. Generate and distribute weekly procurement reports to project stakeholders. Support the team with additional procurement and administrative tasks as required. Requirements Experience in a procurement, buying, or administrative support role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent data entry and typing accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organisational skills.
