Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Create and deliver sales strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share. Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve queries effectively. Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering and the mix of new and used cars. Work with marketing team to plan promotions and events that boost showroom traffic. Represent the dealership at industry and community events. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies while staying up to date with products and market trends. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years in automotive sales, including 2+ years in management. Experience in multi-franchise dealerships is an advantage. Full clean driving licence. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven track record in developing and delivering successful sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions. In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and market trends. Understanding of finance and insurance products (advantageous). Business or sales qualifications desirable but not essential.
