Project Manager - Mayo

Position : Project Manager Location : Mayo About the Role : 12 month Contract with a view for long Term. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality results. This role requires coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects according to plan, defining project objectives, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Call Gary for more information - / Key Responsibilities : Project Planning & Management Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure proper allocation and availability of resources. Execution & Monitoring Lead project teams to achieve deliverables efficiently and effectively. Track project progress, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed. Manage risks and handle change requests, communicating impacts on schedule and budget. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Communicate clearly with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project objectives are met. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues. Engineering Project Oversight Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. Collaborate with senior engineers to improve project methods and maintain profitability. Conduct quality inspections during construction phases to ensure compliance with codes, policies, standards, and specifications Requirements : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field. Desired Qualities : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage project teams.
