Job Description : As a Chef de Partie at Balfes Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include : Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items. Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working with you. Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations.
