Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and proactive service to guests and colleagues.
• Support menu planning and contribute creative food ideas.
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operating procedures.
• Ensure proper rotation and storage of products to minimize waste.
• Keep all work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Complete any reasonable duties assigned by senior kitchen staff.
