This hybrid position is ideal for someone with significant bid and tender process management experience whos looking to maintain a senior-level role with a more balanced schedule. About the Role Youll take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, with a strong emphasis on public sector tenders. This is a high-volume role, requiring excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent bids, and strong attention to detail. Youll collaborate with internal departments and senior stakeholders to gather information, draft compelling content, and submit high-quality proposals on time. You will also manage and maintain a central bid library, ensuring reusability and consistency across submissions.
