Chefs of All Grades We have fantastic opportunities for a Chefs of all grades to join our award-winning culinary team here at the Tower Hotel, Waterford.

Qualifications : Minimum of 1-5 years' experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment (experience required may vary by grade).

Hold a recognised culinary qualification and knowledge / experience of managing and implementing HACCP procedures.

Experience and Responsibilities : Demonstrate excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

Experience in menu planning and cost control.

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.

Be standards-driven with a strong eye for detail and consistency.

Passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic with a genuine love for food and hospitality.

Work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of taking initiative and working independently.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.

Flexible, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
