A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a

Field-Based Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of medical innovation, supporting scientific engagement with key stakeholders across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary scientific contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other external stakeholders.

Establish and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with medical and scientific experts, including payers and regulatory authorities.

Deliver scientific and clinical insights through one-on-one and group discussions, presentations, and meetings.

Support clinical development by identifying potential investigators and facilitating clinical trial activities.

Lead scientific discussions, communicate up-to-date product information, and support medical education initiatives.

Provide field insights to internal teams to inform brand strategies, clinical planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

Support the development and training of speakers on scientific data related to company products.

Ensure high standards of medical excellence and compliance with relevant regulations and codes, including the IPHA Code.

Stay abreast of scientific developments through continuous learning and attendance at relevant conferences or events.

Candidate Requirements :

Advanced scientific qualifications (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) preferred.

Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Willingness to travel regularly within Ireland and occasionally across Europe.
