A leading law firm in Dublin 2 is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing the firms strategic growth initiativesparticularly within one of its high-performingpractice areas.

The Opportunity Working closely with senior leadership and the broader marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of targeted business development and marketing strategies.

Your work will directly support client acquisition, raise the firms market profile, and contribute to long-term growth.

Whats on Offer Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus 25 days annual leave Hybrid working model (3 days onsite per week) Private healthcare & immediate pension scheme TaxSaver & Bike to Work schemes Full access to gym and wellness programme Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the BD and marketing elements of the Corporate departments strategic plan Raise the profile of the practice area through innovative and targeted campaigns Manage legal directory submissions and work to improve departmental rankings Support the development of client proposals, pitches, and RFP responses Conduct market, sector, and client research to support business planning Maintain and enhance marketing collateral such as deal lists, capability statements, and website content About You Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment Proven management experience Proven track record of delivering BD strategies for a practice area or sector team Excellent communication and content creation skills Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and show initiative Interested?
