Internship : Community Manager & Social Media Content Creator

Job descriptionDevelop high-quality, bilingual (Spanish and English) multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement. Design, create, and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to our subscriber base in Spanish and English. Write compelling newsletter content in both Spanish and English, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement. Analyze the performance of newsletters (open rates, click rates, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to grow brand awareness and build relationships. Manage our LinkedIn profiles and boost paid and organic postings. Organize and manage online events, Q&A sessions, and contests to enhance community participation. Act as the brand’s voice in online discussions, ensuring timely responses and a consistent, positive tone. Studies in Marketing, Communications, or related. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Knowledge in social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. A strong passion for social media & content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills in both languages. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience working with international brands or multilingual audiences. Experience in designing and implementing newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices. Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and budget management. Collaborative and innovative environment. Hands-on digital marketing experience. Flexible remote work schedule. Duration : 6-month contract, possible renewal
Compensation : €150 / month

Key responsibilities
Social Media Management :
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize content and strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
