Acting as our social and content manager, you'll bring platform-first, culturally relevant ideas to life, creating content that stops scrollers, builds talkability, and strengthens a global community of advocates.
This is a chance to blend cultural insight, creativity, and commercial focus — and to push some of the world's most iconic locations in the heart of Dublin and Kilkenny across the globe.

You will be responsible for :
Lead social-first creative strategy
— Set the vision for how Guinness shows up across platforms, always distinct, always relevant.
Capture Attention and get people talking
— Oversee UGC-style content, video, photography, static posts and copy that audiences can't scroll past.
All with an entertainment and platform first approach.
Build advocacy & community
— Activate campaigns that spark conversation, grow shareability, and bring joy of our Irish Brand Homes and the events we deliver all year round to life.
Measure, test & optimise
— Use insights to raise the creative bar, experimenting with new formats, platforms, and storytelling techniques.
Champion creativity
— Be the voice of bold ideas, inspiring colleagues and agencies to go further.
Partner with the Digital Performance Manager to ensure creativity fuels growth and reaches new audiences and creates engagement from existing ones.
Collaborate with the Brand team, Digital Product Manager, Channel Lead, and agency partners to build a joined-up creative ecosystem.
Work with Visitor Experience, Retail, Events, and Global Guinness Brand Teams to deliver integrated platform first storytelling.
Inspire and upskill colleagues by embedding best-in-class social and creative practices across the organisation.
Commercially minded, able to link creativity with growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need :
5+ years in social media strategy and creative leadership, ideally within hospitality, digital agency or similar industries
