Job descriptionPreparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects within the Window and Door Industry. Monitoring ongoing project costs and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders. Conducting feasibility studies to evaluate potential window and door project costs and risks. Preparing tender documentation, including bills of quantities, scope of work, and contractor selection criteria. Coordinating and collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases. Identifying and assessing potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Reviewing and validating contractor claims and payment requests to ensure compliance with contract terms. 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with experience in windows and doors. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for cost estimation and financial reporting. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
