Down We are seeking someone who can assist the team to ensure the customer needs are met, this hotel has extremely high standards and being part of this after 18-24 months is s great cv builder but also learning from other chefs who are exceptional cooks and can present a clean plate.

This role is ideally suited to a commis who has 4 plus years experience, or CDP looking the next move up the ladder.
