CHEF DE PARTIE / SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT | Do you have previous experience working as a Chef in a hotel / restaurant or food business?

Our client located in North County Dublin is searching for Chef de Partie and Senior Chef de Partie to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

Please note that there is parking on-site and has access to public transport.

Due to the nature of the business, there is the requirement to work 5 over 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

Based on business requirements, and your area if expertise as a Chef, you will be taking ownership of the of your station which may include breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES| HACCP duties Food preparation Ensure that company's controls, policies, procedures, processes and applications are all implemented accordingly REQUIREMENTS| Previous 2-3 years experience working in a similar role Excellent knowledge of HACCP Ability to work 45 hours a week working 5 over 7 days including rosters which include weekends and public holidays INTERESTED?
