We have cafes (Fairview, Raheny, Clontarf, Phibsborough, Grangegorman, The National Botanic Gardens, Farmleigh Estate & Castlebar).

Were a growing business in both the Cafe & Corporate Catering space with a close-knit team of creative chefs.

We have recently opened a new location in Castlebar, Mayo and are recruiting an Experienced Chef to run that kitchen The person who will fill this Daytime only role will; Have grill experience in a cafe / restaurant environment Have at least 5 years experience in a kitchen at Sous Chef level Prepare food daily for the breakfast & lunch offering Be capable of managing food production daily & avoiding waste Oversee implementation of HACCP Develop a strong working relationship with the front of house team Understand and champion food presentation & display Be dependable & hardworking Be confident & organised working in a busy environment Skills : HACCP Organisation Presentation Skills Efficient positive attitude Benefits : Tips Daytime only
