Job descriptionHandling incoming customer calls and emails, logging all relevant details Determining if service calls are under warranty or chargeable Liaising with the Service Manager for scheduling and approvals Securing payments for chargeable calls before scheduling Preparing quotations and raise invoices for service work Processing supplier claims for faulty materials Keeping customers updated on service status and scheduling Previous experience in construction or windows and doors (strongly preferred) Excellent IT skills Proven customer service experience Strong attention to detail Excellent telephone and written communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Apply Now to submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.
