Job description

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in a school environment in Shannon area, Co Clare

Working pattern : Monday to Friday from 08 : 00-15 : 00

School term only

Job description :

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Canteen's recipes, portioning and serving standards

Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition

Control food cost and usage

Ensure accurate stocktaking each week

Submit staff timesheets

Report any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures

Oversee the training of personnel in safe operation of all equipment and utensils

Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations

Maintains professional appearance at all times

Requirements :

At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff and School staff & Students

Be a team player, have time management and organizational skills

Be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable

Computer literacy

Garda vetting
