Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award winning team here at The Old Lodge Gastropub, located at The Shannon Springs Hotel, as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

This is a Full Time position that consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that our guests have an enjoyable guest experience when they visit us at The Old Lodge Gastro pub.
• Ensure that Service Standards are implemented on a day to day basis.
• Be fully aware of what is happening in the operation in terms of bookings, events and special promotions.
• Motivate, organise and delegate duties to the team each evening.
• Greet, welcome and seat guests
• Maintain a visible presence in the room
• Deal with complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
