Accommodation : Available The Role : As the Food & Beverage Floor Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience. You will lead and motivate our team, manage schedules, maintain high service standards, and help drive sales. Key Responsibilities : Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ensure excellent guest experiences through attentive service and attention to detail. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations. Monitor and maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Manage scheduling, rostering, and staff performance. Assist with stock control and inventory management. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any service issues professionally. Requirements : Proven experience in a gastropub, gastropub, or high-volume hospitality environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
