Ensuring all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded. Leading and managing an enthusiastic team Ensuring the development of policies, programmes and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home. Qualifications / Requirement : Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment. Significant management experience Excellent people skills Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills Computer Skills Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Experience Required : Supervisory : 3 years (Preferred) Nurse Management : 1 year (Preferred) Skills : Supervising Nurses, HIQA, Rostering, Clinical Nurse Manager Salary : From : €24.00 per hour to €27.50 per hour.
