Clinical Nurse Manager

Medforce are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to take a key leadership role within an established nursing home in Wexford.

This is a rotational and flexible position shaped around the needs of the home, offering the opportunity to work across a range of specialist services including older person care, dementia / Alzheimer's support, step-down care, and convalescence services.

The CNM will maintain high standards of resident care and safety, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

You will mentor and develop staff, promote continuous learning, and contribute to service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain exceptional standards of care and safety for residents and staff.

Lead, support, and develop team members across all grades.

Apply your expertise in clinical practice, project management, and service development.

Promote professional growth and a culture of learning within the care environment.

Requirements

Current registration (or eligibility to register) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or equivalent.

Minimum of 2–3 years relevant post-registration experience.

Post-registration qualification in gerontology and / or dementia care (desirable).

Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Eligibility to work in Ireland.
