About the role : As a Staff Nurse, youll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enhances quality of life for residents. Working closely with colleagues, youll provide clinical expertise while fostering a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. Your key responsibilities will include : Assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care to the highest professional standards. Supporting residents to maintain independence and individuality. Building strong relationships with residents and families. Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure a holistic approach to care. Whats required : Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration. Previous experience in care of the elderly (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
