Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Maintenance Engineer - Ireland, Clonmel - 11 Month Contract

Responsibilities

Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors

Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation

Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems

Support FATs, project walkdowns, commissioning and documentation handover

Develop SOPs and work instructions for facility

Support the validation of equipment, in particular HVAC and Process Air

Engineering metrics reporting and action planning

Continuous improvement through digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation, etc.)

Desirable Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Analytical problem-solving skills

Active listening skills and ability to integrate diverse perspectives

Timely decision making

Ability to respond to changing priorities

Experience of working in a strongly regulated GMP environment
