Sales & Marketing Manager Location : Wicklow Salary : €55,000 approx. Introduction We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a busy 4-star hotel in Co. Wicklow. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee sales, marketing, revenue, and brand positioning to drive business growth across all market segments. This is a key leadership position within the hotel management team. Responsibilities Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and revenue strategies aligned to business goals. Lead and motivate the sales, events, reservations, and revenue teams to achieve targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, wedding, and MICE markets. Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, networking events, and client visits. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage relationships with external partners, including PR, digital agencies, and travel networks. Produce regular reports on sales, revenue, and marketing performance. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a senior sales & marketing role within hospitality. Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue management. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Flexibility to travel for client meetings or events. Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Hotsoft) an advantage. Rewards Competitive salary of €55,000.
