Maintenance Team Leader - County Cork

Main Responsibilities

Act as the IWS (Integrated Work Systems) Maintenance lead, coaching teams, facilitating process improvements, and fostering continuous improvement culture.

In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, assume full maintenance manager responsibilities to ensure operational continuity.

Manage daily operations of the Maintenance team, including repairs, improvements, project priorities, work assignments, and scheduling to minimize production disruption.

Oversee execution of all maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive, alongside the Maintenance Manager.

Participate in regular team meetings to align with operational and company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant City & Guilds qualification (electrical preferred).

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership experience in maintenance or engineering teams.

Excellent people management and coaching skills.

Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.

Strong technical background and competence.
