Senior Legal Adviser Enterprise Ireland Dublin | Permanent | €81,475 €100,064| Ref : Cpl is delighted to partner with Enterprise Ireland to recruit a Senior Legal Adviser within its Investment Solutions Division. This is a key senior role, sitting at the heart of Enterprise Irelands investment activity, advising on legal matters that underpin Irelands growth story. The Role As Senior Legal Adviser, you will : Lead on the preparation, review, and negotiation of legal agreements for investments in Irish companies (equity, loan notes, repayable advances, and convertible debt). Advise on post-investment restructuring, debt refinancing, and trade sales. Negotiate directly with external stakeholders including banks, venture capital funds, and debt providers. Manage relationships with external legal advisers to ensure timely deal completion. Contribute to investment policy development and oversee compliance with legal agreements. Coach and mentor colleagues, while managing a small team within the Direct Investment Portfolio Department. About You Qualified solicitor or barrister with strong post-qualification experience. Proven track record in drafting and negotiating legal agreements, particularly in corporate finance, banking, or debt restructuring. Experience engaging with funding institutions and external legal providers. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. The Offer Salary from €81,475 (rising to €100,064 with progression, and up to €106,220 with long service). Contributory pension scheme and excellent public sector benefits.
