Are you our next Marketing Executive – Event Management?

Location : Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade : Assistant

Contract type : Permanent

This role sits within the central Markets team within KPMG (over 40 people), reporting into the Client Entertainment Lead Manager and working with a busy and dynamic team, which delivers over 200 firm events per annum.

The Events Executive will play an important role in helping to deliver a wide programme of strategic events designed to build client relationships and build our firm's brand profile with our target market.

This is an exciting role for an experienced events professional who combines creative flair with operational excellence and brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional events that engage senior audiences and elevates brand presence.

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

Proven experience in event management, working with large scale corporates, B2B environment, or event agency background.

Highly experienced in event planning and logistics, with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using CRM and email marketing platforms Strong analytical mindset, with experience in event measurement and ROI tracking.

Comfortable working to budgets and dealing with a variety of external agencies and vendors.

Here is what you can initially expect :

Support and deliver a wider range of hospitality events, client briefings, sponsored events and conferences, both internally and externally.

Manage end-to-end execution of all elements of events, from planning, agency coordination, venue management, catering, merchandising, AV requirements etc Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality event delivery with impactful attendee experiences.

Drive continuous improvement, innovation, efficiencies and value for money in the delivery of the firm's events programme.

Manage third party relationships ensuring service excellence.

Management of the firm's ticketing programme.

Manage individual event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.

This role is ideal for a detail oriented and experienced events executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
