We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all applicable NMBI standards and regulations.
• Ensure that all existing stocks are kept safe and tidy, and reorder as needed.
• Maintain log books and records as required by the Health Information and Quality Authority and the Company's Directors.
• Be 'on-call' for emergencies that may occur within the nursing home, as well as to cover shifts if all other options have been exhausted.
• Ensure that all confidential information obtained throughout the course of employment is not disclosed to third parties.
• Assist with the arrangements and get knowledge of how to acquire funding available to people from the government or other agencies.
• Improving our clients' daily lives and creating an impact.
• Working as a nurse, you will gain experience delivering dementia care.
• Assisting with all responsibilities, including management reports, allocation, rostering, care plans, and enquiries from clients and family members.
• Supporting ADONs and Nurses
