The role of a CNM1 The person appointed will collaborate with the Team Leader in leading the Cairdeas Services Team. The person appointed should have the ability to provide leadership and inspire and motivate the ongoing development of effective teamwork. The team will facilitate the choices of and deliver supports to individuals who are supported by the Services.
