We’re recruiting a Group Head Chef Manager to oversee café operations across 2   sites. This is a daytime-hours role with the chance to combine culinary expertise, leadership, and commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing :

Leadership & People Development

• Coach and mentor Café Managers, Head Chefs and kitchen teams
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

Commercial Focus

Customer Experience

What we’re looking for :

Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally with multi-site or retail café management    exposure

Strong leadership and people management skills

Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, costs, and KPIs

Passion for food, customer service, and innovation
