€120,000 €130,000 + Executive Package Overview A senior leadership role heading up the Planning function across UK, Ireland and European operations.

You will lead a team of 10 planners, overseeing programme management, project controls, and scheduling excellence across multiple high-profile projects.

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, this is a key strategic position within the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of planners across UK, Ireland and Europe.

Develop, implement, and maintain project programmes using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Ensure robust planning processes are in place across all projects, from pre-construction through to completion.

Provide strategic guidance on project controls, sequencing, resource planning, and critical path analysis.

Oversee programme risk management and mitigation strategies.

Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior leadership and clients.

Support bid and tender submissions with accurate and competitive programme development.

Drive best practice and continuous improvement across the planning function.

Essential Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in planning / project controls within construction.

Strong technical proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

Proven experience managing and developing planning teams.

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and delivery.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Analytical and detail-focused, with ability to manage complex programmes.
