A well-established investment and asset management firm in the renewable energy sector is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to help shape the next phase of its growth journey.

As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and lead a team of finance professionals.
You'll be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting transaction structuring, and strengthening governance and reporting, all while driving scalable financial processes aligned with the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
You will :
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for all renewable energy investments.
Manage fund capital activities, investor reporting, and SPV oversight.
Support lender relationships and monitor fund valuation processes.
Lead the transformation of finance operations through digital solutions and automation, including the integration of AI where appropriate.
Leverage a new ERP system to build scalable, future-proof processes.
Deliver financial insights to the board and audit committees.
Experience :
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with 12+ years' PQE.
Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing finance teams.
Extensive experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, and fund / SPV management.
Strong track record in driving finance transformation and process improvement.
Previous experience in private equity, renewables, infrastructure, or real assets is highly desirable.
