Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients' care.
• Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
• It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
• Assists with patient care as needed.
