The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on outbound prospecting. This is a purely outbound sales development role — your focus will be identifying, engaging, and creating opportunities with new prospects across the UK & Ireland.

You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking conversations, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings that fuel our sales pipeline. If you’re resilient, curious, and motivated by results, this role gives you the chance to make a direct impact and grow your career in SaaS sales.

Location : Remote, candidate must be based in Ireland or UK

What You'll Do

• Prospect Relentlessly : Research, identify, and reach out to new accounts across target industries.
• Outbound Outreach : Drive high-volume, high-quality prospecting through calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event follow-up.
• Book Qualified Meetings : Uncover needs, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
• Build Trust Early : Develop rapport with decision-makers, positioning HSI as a trusted partner for EHS and compliance solutions.
• Leverage Tools & Data : Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data to prioritize and personalize outreach.
• Nurture & Re-Engage : Keep prospects engaged over time, re-ignite old opportunities, and create momentum in the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing : Partner closely with AEs and Field Marketing to maximize campaign success and accelerate deals.
• Stay Organized & Accountable : Log all activities and progress in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and smooth handoffs.
