This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 34 years of AZ Depositary experience who is eager to take the next step in their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : Ensure full adherence to all internal Depositary policies and procedures. Monitor fund compliance with investment and leverage restrictions. Oversee and reconcile all fund cash flows, including detailed reviews. Assist with the independent review and validation of NAV calculations. Investigate and escalate any discrepancies or issues identified during NAV reviews. Participate in on-site visits to Fund Administrators and other third-party service providers. Ensure prompt escalation of material issues to senior management. Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls. Candidate Profile : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational ability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Demonstrates a positive work ethic, with a focus on accountability and task completion. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
