Financial Accountant

Leading Dublin-based organisation require a Qualified Financial Accountant to join their Head Office finance team based in Dublin city centre Reporting to the Head of Finance, working as part of a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants, you will get involved in a broad range of tasks. A key role, you will deal with month-end and year-end financial reporting, compliance, and monthly management accounts Key Tasks will include : Month-end close and financial reporting for various entities Income & expenditure reporting and analysis Balance sheet and control account reconciliations General Ledger reporting Monthly management accounts and variance analysis Maintenance of Fixed assets register Preparation of financial accounts for year-end Assist with preparation of financial statements Reporting under FRS102 and SORP Working on process improvement projects Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant who possesses strong hands-on financial accounting experience, with strong Excel skills; exposure to Accounts IQ is an asset but not essential.
