The Role You will be responsible for : Advising aircraft lessors and financiers on complex accounting matters, including lease accounting (IFRS 16 / US GAAP), impairment, and structured transactions. Preparing and reviewing financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP. Providing technical input on transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, securitisations, and restructuring. Supporting clients with regulatory reporting and accounting policy development. Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Coaching and developing junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives. About You ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified accountant. 35 years experience in aircraft leasing / aircraft accounting (industry or professional services). Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Proven ability to analyse complex transactions and provide practical solutions. Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
