We are now seeking applications for the role of Legal Secretary / Administrator to support the Retail Business Unit in ROI. The successful applicant will report to a member of the Retail Legal Team. What you`ll be doing : Draft, review, and manage standard-form legal documents (e.g. NDAs). Coordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents (physical and electronic signatures, Adobe Sign / DocuSign, etc.). Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility. Work with the Retail Legal Team to establish a full catalogue of documents. Support due diligence as needed. Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters as required. Assist on all fee related matters / legal spend and budgeting. Provide administrative / clerical support to the Retail Legal team as required. Responsibilities will primarily be provided to the Retail Business Unit; however, support may be required across the Musgrave Group from time to time as needs of the business require. What we`er looking for : Minimum 3 years relevant legal secretarial / administrator experience; Have appropriate IT skills, including the use of document management systems, CoPilot etc; Fast, accurate typing; Excellent communication skills, highly organised and strong attention to detail; A proactive approach and willingness to learn; Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team; Full driving licence.
