Director of Room Division

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury hotel client in County Clare to recruit a Director of Rooms Division. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead and enhance the guest experience in one of Ireland's most renowned properties. As Director of Rooms Division, you will oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Reservations. You will ensure seamless operations, drive exceptional service standards, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering a five-star guest journey. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the Rooms Division team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Ensure operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Reservations. Drive guest satisfaction through continuous improvement in service standards. Implement and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to optimise overall hotel performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and engagement. Requirements Proven experience at senior management level within a Rooms Division or Front Office function in a luxury hotel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate large teams. Excellent guest service skills with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
