We are now recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a respected and well-run nursing home in Limerick. A current NMBI registration ? Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level ? A warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff ? Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance ?
