We are now looking for an Accounts Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 3.5 days per week.

The Role As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide accounting and administrative support across a wide range of financial functions.

Specifically, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, support payroll preparation, and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.

You will also take responsibility for VAT, VIES and Intrastat returns, monthly accounts, and bank reconciliations, as well as supporting auditors and assisting with budgets.

About You To be considered as an Accounts Administrator, you will need : - To be a qualified accounts technician or a part-qualified accountant, with at least four years experience - Excellent bookkeeping and financial analysis skills - A high level of exposure to IT systems, specifically Sage 50 - Confidence, diligence and self-motivation - Strong teamwork and communication skills Other organisations may call this role Accounts Assistant, Finance Administrator, Accounts Technician, Finance Officer, Part-Qualified Accountant, Accounts Junior, or Accounts Clerk.
