Your new company As Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland within their workflow management function. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. You will have hybrid working options. Your new team would like you to join on a 24-month assignment. Your new role As Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the National Operations Management Centre. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting and administering the shift rota and time / attendance, processing payments, co-ordinating reporting activities, document control and management, providing general administrative support and other activities to the Operations Management team. This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in an administrative position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently with excellent organisational skills is necessary to effectively meet the deadlines. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel are required). Previous experience managing large volumes of data / information from multiple sources is necessary. Experience with managing a shift rota, including reporting on time and attendance, cover arrangements and annual leave balances is desirable but not essential. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a fast-paced administrative position, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
