25 days annual leave Company pension plan Key Responsibilities : Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices.

Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and update internal accounting systems.

Prepare and post journal entries.

Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide support with audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Process payments and expense reports.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.

General administrative and finance-related support to the wider accounts team.

What You'll Need Minimum 1-5 years relevant accounting experience within a medium to large organisation Strong experience with accounting ERP system and Excel Knowledge of payables, receivables, banks reconciliation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to process a high volume of invoices daily
