Automation Engineer - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Months Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for anAutomation Engineer to work on an exciting CapEx project in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract.

As Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a new state of the art facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Automation Role role include, but are not limited to, the following :

Support I&C team in the execution of loop check and CM SAT activities

Trouble-shoot issues as they arise in the field

Propose solutions and prepare Automation Change Packs to remedy issues

Assist with configuration of networked equipment such as Variable Frequency Drives, DOL starters,

Weigh Scales etc. (Ethernet / IP network)

Desirable Experience :

'Hands-on' experience of Emerson DeltaV DCS system

'Hands-on' experience of Emerson DeltaV CHARMs Remote I / O system

'Hands-on' experience of Emerson DeltaV Control Studio

Knowledge of Emerson DeltaV Live graphics - helpful but not essential

Extensive experience in a GMP environment, preferably Pharma / Biopharma

Strong problem solving / trouble-shooting skills

Ability to work as part of a wider team
